All of our inventory is listed on our site.  If the size or color is not listed, it is not available.  We receive new merchandise frequently and invite you to check back with us often for new items.

I bid the incorrect amount or bid on the wrong item before the auction ended.  What do I do?

If you bid an incorrect amount or on the wrong item you can retract your bid through Ebay.  The buyer is the only person that can retract an Ebay bid.  Failure on your part to retract your bid and not pay will result in an unpaid item strike against your account.

I bid the incorrect amount or bid on the wrong item and the auction has ended.  What do I do?

If you have won an item and decide against it, you can contact our customer service department via email at customerservice@quiglie.com.  Upon receipt of your email we will cancel the transaction on our end.  We will notify Ebay of the mutually canceled transaction and you will receive an email from them to confirm this action.  You will need to respond to their email in order to complete the cancellation. Failure on your part to follow these procedures can result in an unpaid item strike against your account.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We are required to collect Utah State sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Utah. Orders shipped outside the state of Utah are not charged sales tax.

Can I combine shipping on multiple items? 

When you purchase more than one item, they will be combined up to 4 items per invoice automatically.  Shipping is calculated by weight and is much cheaper when shipping in multiples.  Once an invoice has been paid, we can’t make changes or combine other orders to it. If you need us to combine or remove an item from an unpaid invoice, let us know at customerservice@quiglie.com.

How long do I have to pay for an item? 

Once you purchase an item or win an auction, the checkout will stay open for 7 days.  Failure to pay within 7 days will result in your order being cancelled and an unpaid item strike against your account.  Cancelled items will be returned to our inventory and relisted.  If the item is relisted, we will not be able to reopen the checkout for you.

Can I wait to pay for an item? 

Once you purchase an item or win an auction, the checkout will stay open for 7 days. After 7 days your checkout will expire, and the merchandise is returned to our inventory to be relisted.  If the item is relisted, we will not be able to reopen the checkout for you.

I received an email that said I have an address discrepancy.  What does it mean and what do I do to resolve it? 

When you pay with Paypal, they require that we ship ONLY to the address that they provide to us on the invoice.  In the checkout, you can add other addresses, but unfortunately, we can only ship to the address Paypal provides to us.  If the addresses do not match, we will send you an email to alert you of the address discrepancy.  If you give us approval to ship to the Paypal address, the order will be processed and shipped.  If you do not approve the specified Paypal address,  your payment will be refunded and we will email you instructions on how to correct the problem. Once the correction has been made, you can repay and we will process the order.

Are the items you sell authentic? 

Yes! We pride ourselves in only selling authentic, high quality merchandise. We do not, and have never sold an item that is not authentic.

Can I have my item shipped to a different address? 

Payments made through Paypal will be shipped to the address that Paypal provides to us on the invoice.  If you need an item shipped to a different address, please add the address to your Paypal account prior to payment.  This is done through you Paypal account.  Please make sure you choose the desired address in your Paypal account so that it matches the address you provide to us in the checkout. Failure to do so will result in your transaction being canceled or delayed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

UPS ground takes from 2-5 business days.  Saturday delivery is not available.  The closer you are to Utah, the faster the delivery. 
USPS Priority takes approximately 3 business days in the continental US. 
International shipments vary from 10 days or longer depending on customs.

I need to return an item.  What is your return policy?

We will accept returns up to 30 days from the purchase date.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund less the shipping charges.  The item must be in its original condition with original hang-tags and in the original packaging.  Note: Do not use manufacturer packaging or shoebox as your shipping carton. A $5.00 re-boxing fee will be charged if the manufacturer box is taped.

When we receive the returned item with the completed form, we will issue you a refund within 7 days.  Payment will be refunded to the same account you originally paid from.  When the refund has been credited, you will receive a confirmation email.  The credit generally appears on your account within a few business days. 

We regret that at times we make a mistake in sending an incorrect item.  In the event that we have made a mistake, please notify our customer service department at customerservice@quiglie.com.  We will promptly take the steps to remedy the problem and will email you a return label to send the merchandise back to us.  We will cover the return shipping if an error was made on our part.

We would ask that you contact us before opening a dispute.  Once a dispute has been opened, we will have to comply with Paypal policy and you will therefore be responsible to ship the item back to us at your cost. 

If you choose to ship the item back to us, we will reimburse the shipping at the standard ground or priority rates.  We will not reimburse expedited shipping charges. 

Please notify us via email at customerservice@quiglie.com before returning international orders for specific instructions. 

 

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns are processed within 7 days.  Refunds will be credited to the account that the original payment was made from.  We will email you with confirmation that the refund has been made.  Please allow up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

Can you lower the value of the item I purchased or mark it as a gift?

It is a federal violation for us to falsify customs documents and US law requires that we declare the merchandise purchased with the value that was paid.  WE CANNOT LOWER THE VALUE OR MARK THE ITEM AS A GIFT.  Do not assume that we will do this.

If you have decided against your purchase, notify our customer service department customerservice@quiglie.com as soon as possible.  We can cancel the transaction mutually for you.  Ebay will send you a confirmation email that you will need to respond to in order to complete the cancellation.

How can I track my package?

You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as the shipping label is made.  Online tracking may take 24 hours before your package is trackable.  Please check all email addresses that you included in the checkout and also your junk mail before contacting us for your tracking information.

Tracking for domestic USPS packages do not have any letters in the tracking number.

My credit card was declined.  Why was it not accepted?

Paypal processes our credit card orders and verifies the information submitted.  If the billing and shipping address differs, or if funds on the credit card are not available, the order will be declined.  If your credit card is declined, you can contact Paypal customer service.
