We are happy to accept returns up to 7 days from your tracking number shows your item was delivered. The purchased item must be returned in it's original new unused condition with all hang tags attached. Note: DO NOT use the manufacturer package as your shipping carton. If the manufacturer box is taped, you will be charged a $5.00 re-boxing fee. Shoeboxes or other boxed packaging MUST be put in a shipping carton. If an item is returned in a used or blemished condition it will not be refunded. If there is an error made on our part we will refund the entire purchase amount. However, if an item is returned because of a error on the buyers part, we do charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price, up to $10 maximum.
To return an item please print off our return form, include the requested information and put the form in the box with your item to be shipped back.
We regret that at times we make a mistake in sending an incorrect item. In the event that we have made a mistake, please notify our customer service department at customerservice@quiglie.com. We will promptly take the steps to remedy the problem and will email you a return label to send the merchandise back to us. We will cover the return shipping if an error was made on our part. We would ask that you contact us before opening a dispute with Ebay or Paypal. Opening a dispute may slow the resolution process and Paypal policy may require that you be responsible for return shipping fees.
If you choose to ship the item back to us, we will reimburse the shipping at the standard ground or priority rates. We will not reimburse expedited shipping charges.
Please notify us via email at customerservice@quiglie.com before returning international orders. International order returns require special handling and instruction. These instructions will be given to you on a case by case basis.
